This digital design, executed as a cluster of six stretched canvases, depicts some of the daily tasks and activities of Indian women. Scripture texts referencing the “more” of God’s great abundance join with the vibrant colors of the women’s saris to create a snapshot of the hope and promise ingredient in God’s grace being made known through the Ziyada enterprise. The installation dimension of the cluster is 63 inches wide by 48 inches high by 1.5 inches deep.
This work was created for Making Good[s], an invitational, traveling exhibition co-sponsored by Asbury Seminary and Christians in the Visual Arts (CIVA).
